ITC Conference Grants

RANCARE (Cost Action 15208) accepts applications for a limited number of Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC)* Conference Grants. ITC conference Grants are exclusively reserved for PhD students and Early Career Investigators (An individual who is within a time span of up to 8 years from the date they obtained their PhD/doctorate (full-time equivalent)) with a primary affiliation in an institution located in an ITC. All applications will be evaluated by a committee, appointed by the Management Committee of RANCARE. The selection of successful applicants will be done so in consideration of the scientific scope of the proposed participation and how it will support the Action in achieving its scientific objectives. The application must be submitted at least 45 days before the conference start date (last start date of a conference accepted, is the 1st of April 2019).

Ιn order to be reimbursed, applicants will need, after their attendance at  the conference:
a) to submit through e-cost a scientific report regarding the attended conference and b) to forward to the MC chair (Dr Evridiki Papastavrou,, a confirmation of the payment of the fee and the certificate of participation / attendance at the conference.
It is mandatory for applicants to provide all the above in order to be reimbursed. Failure to do so, may result in cancellation of the grant.
